SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All packages from For Your Adornment are sent via the USPS, Insured (for the full value of the work).

Packages will be shipped within 1-4 business days of your order being received.  You will receive an e-mail from fya@fyadornment.com when your package has shipped.

Shipment will be to the shipping address provided for the order.

RETURNS

I believe that you will be completely thrilled with your jewelry from For Your Adornment.  But if I'm wrong and you would like to make a return you must contact me within 7 days of when your order was received and signed for to be granted a refund. Packages that are sent as a return without first receiving the approval of For Your Adornment will not be accepted for delivery. To contact For Your Adornment to receive an approval on a return, you can e-mail For Your Adornment at fya@fyadornment.com.

Any item that was specially altered by For Your Adornment for fitting purposes is not eligible for a return or a refund.

Any damaged, altered, used/worn items are not eligible for return or refund unless the damage occurred during the original shipment.  Items damaged due to abuse or neglect while in the possession of the purchaser are not eligible for return or refund.

All items are photographed at the time the order is filled for shipping for insurance purposes.  Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.

To receive a  refund, please return item(s) in their original jewelry box(s) and be sure to use an appropriate mailing box with padding to prevent damage in transit.  Use insured courier (USPS Insured, FedEx, UPS) and retain your shipping receipt. For Your Adornment can not and will not be responsible for item(s) that you send that are lost or damaged in transit.
